Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. The 6-hour window is calculated from the order time mentioned in your confirmation email, regardless of your local time zone. After this period, orders may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason.

Refunds & Exchanges
We offer both refunds and exchanges. Exchanges of equal value are processed at no additional charge. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference will be invoiced. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Sets & Complimentary Items
If your order included a set, the complete set must be returned. Any free or complimentary items received with the order must also be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. There is no restocking fee. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method and clearly marked as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items, altered or specially made products, and bulk or wholesale orders are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
